5. MONEY RETURN

In order to do this, of course, all the conditions mentioned in the Return Policy of our company must be met. In any case, the product will be returned to you at your own expense. Once we receive the product and your refund is approved, we can complete the refund process. The amount we have to return to you is equal to the amount you gave when purchasing the product, minus the return costs which is € 4.99 and is independent of any promotional action (eg free shipping upon shipment). The refund can be completed only by depositing in your bank account in one of the following banks: Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank and National Bank and within 15 days from the date we receive the returned product.
6. VARIOUS
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the prescribed time we will inform you by e-mail or telephone, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. The company TsampaRouxalaki does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is beyond its own fault and will do what is humanly possible for your best service.
In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and if an unreasonably long period of time has passed since the registration of the order), please contact a representative of tsamparouxalaki.gr at 289 150 0101. For the best and fastest service we will recommend you the special order code that has been sent to the email address you stated during your order.
In case of non-receipt or refusal to receive the ordered goods, with for any reason the fault of the visitor / user, tsamparouxalaki reserves the right to demand from the visitor / user the amount of 10 € which corresponds to the shipping and return costs of the products.
7. AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS OF THIS
Tsamparouxalaki.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
